The cottage is fully furnished, recently renovated and carpeted throughout. It has a new large fridge-freezer and small dishwasher. 2 bedrooms. 1 bathroom. There is a peaceful conservatory with views over the landscape as well as a separate study/lounge. It is heated by a wood-fired range with back-boiler that heats radiators in the bedrooms. Water comes directly from the mountain stream.

There will be an additional charge of 150 euro per month for electricity and refuse collection.

The house is about an hour from Galway city by car, 15 mins to Oughterard or 20 mins to Rosaveel and the coast.

The separate holiday chalet in the barn opposite will be occasionally occupied with couples staying for a few days at a time or might be rented separately.
