Single room available in an apartment just a 5-minute walk from Eyre Square. The room is fully furnished and ideal for a young working professional. The apartment is currently shared with two full-time working guys in their early 20s who are clean, easygoing, and respectful.

The space includes a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, so we’re looking for someone who’s also mindful of keeping shared areas tidy and relaxed.

Move-in is available immediately after a viewing, with landlord and employer references required to confirm character and income.
