We are a family of three — two adults and one disabled child — looking for long-term accommodation through the HAP scheme.
We are clean, quiet, and responsible tenants. We do not smoke or drink, and we have no pets. We can provide excellent references from our current landlord, with whom we have lived for six years under the HAP scheme without ever missing or delaying a payment.
Unfortunately, our current landlord has decided to sell the apartment, and we are now in a very difficult situation. I am a full-time carer for our disabled child, and my wife works full-time. We simply cannot afford to rent privately without HAP support.
We have the deposit and first month’s rent ready, and we would be extremely grateful if you could consider us as tenants.
