My name is Donncha and myself and two good mates (all male,20 y.o) are second year film students looking for a property to rent urgently in/ around or within a bus route to the city with a monthly budget of €900pp. After an entire summer of enquiring to countless landlords/estate agents and a multitude viewings, we’ve still haven’t been able to secure a property for the academic year.
