Virtual Assistant (Independent Contractor)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a growing transportation business. This is a remote independent sub-contractor role, not a payroll position.

Up to 4 hours per day, 5 days per week (or approximately 20 hours per week flexible over 7 days)

Start Date: 1 April 2026

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Managing company email inboxes and responding to client enquiries. Scheduling bookings and coordinating calendars.
General administrative tasks and data entry. Customer service support and follow-ups. Assisting with operational coordination and logistics as required. (Preferred Experience & Skills in operations, scheduling, touring, or logistics is preferred but not essential).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Gmail, Excel, and general administrative tools and softwares. Clear written communication and professional client interaction.

We’re Looking For: A proactive self-starter with excellent organisational skills. Reliable, efficient, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.
