COOK- SOUP PRODUCTION
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our busy soup production team. The ideal candidate will have strong cooking skills, the ability to follow recipes and production guidelines precisely. This role requires long hours, consistency, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook soups and related products according to established recipes and production schedules.
• Ensure consistent flavour, texture, and presentation across all batches.
• Follow all recipes, portion controls, and production specifications accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all work areas, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock levels and report shortages or issues promptly.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a cook, chef, or food production operator, ideally within a high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work long hours when required. Should be available to work weekends and night shifts as required.

What We Offer:
• Competitive rate of €16.00 per hour plus shift allowance of up to 50% and double time on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
