JOB TITLE: PROGRAM MANAGER, ICT LEARNING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Managing Learning and Consultancy Services,

LOCATION: Galway based, some travel involved

Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the achievements of the Company Business Objectives, efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation by:
• Managing all aspects of each training project from initial client contact to project completion and post event follow-up
• Acquiring new clients and maintaining and growing existing client accounts
• Source, research and establish new opportunities, partnerships and training programmes
• Meet company turnover and profit margin objectives

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years in Management and/or Client facing position
Degree/Masters in IT/Business/Commerce/HR
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strong ability to use one’s own initiative
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment

Territory: Allocated territories range from Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK, Europe and some International locations (if opportunities arise)
