Ad: "GRADUATE LEAD EDUCATOR"
We are a modern purpose built Childcare Centre employing 25 Staff between 7 childcare rooms. We run our Creche to high standards and would be delighted to talk to you about this exciting opportunity. The minimum qualification required is Level 7 in Childcare.
MAIN JOB ROLE

• To, guide, observe, stimulate and supervise children in a safe and caring environment.
• To work in harmony with other Team members and the Manager.
• To act as a key worker to specified children.
• To assist in the planning and implementation of an age-appropriate stimulating programme of activities which will enhance the children’s natural growth and development.
To effectively communicate with parents.
• To ensure all quality and safety standards are maintained always in the service at all times.
• To ensure the policies and procedures of the service are followed at all times.
