MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY SUPERVISOR

Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
TE Connectivity, Parkmore, Galway are seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor to lead equipment and facilities maintenance operations within a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

This is a key leadership role supporting continuous production, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.
You will get the opportunity to mentor and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians, manage shift coverage as required, and promote a strong culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.

Responsibilities also include maintenance planning, budget and spare parts management, vendor coordination, CMMS implementation, and support of audits and inspections.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field
• 5–7 years’ maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or people-leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, CMMS, OEE, and
compliance requirements.
