With an established footprint in Ireland and international partnerships, we’re seeking a commercially minded Sales & Growth Lead to drive revenue, build relationships, and shape our expansion strategy.

Job description: The Sales and Growth Lead is responsible for sales execution, growth strategy and marketing alignment of the company. This role has considerable leadership and collaboration aspects which connect operational performance with the ownership group.

Job responsibilities:

• Champion a culture of accountability and customer focus.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Provide quality customer service. Go the extra mile.
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the ownership group to shape strategies.
• Track and provide analysis of sales.
• Provide monthly report to ownership group regarding sales, opportunities and general operations.
• Lead a small team and provide mentorship and support.
• Leverage digital tools (LinkedIn, email campaigns, special offers etc) to build brand visibility.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, business development or growth roles (Ideally in SME, education or early learning sectors)
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hast and adapting quickly.
• Friendly and upbeat personality -Being a Team Player is a must for this role.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) XERO and QAD are desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Irish / EU Driver License.

Reports to: Ownership group (2 Directors).
