My name is Amanda.
I'm a 34 year old manager in a medical device company in Parkmore and I'm looking for somewhere to live.
I'm currently renting a two bed in Moycullen but the lease is up at the end of January so I can move any time between now and then.
I have a lovely little dog named Tobín who also comes with his own refences. Tobes is 6 and a half, really well trained and quiet. I'm more than happy to pay an extra security deposit for him too as I have with past landlords (and always gotten it back).
I usually work three days a week from home and on the days I'm in the office, Tobes is with his minder so he's never left in the house on his own.
I'm a quiet tenant and spend my time either working, walking Tobín or swimming - in the sea or my gym (Ocean Fitness, Salthill).
I'm open to anywhere in county Galway and CAN PAY CASH.
I have excellent work and landlord references and we're ideally looking for a 12 month lease.
