I’m currently looking for accommodation in Galway — either a one or two-bedroom place of my own or a room in a shared house/flat, with a maximum budget of €1,300 per month.
I’m currently looking for accommodation in Galway — either a one or two-bedroom place of my own or a room in a shared house/flat, with a maximum budget of €1,300 per month.
I’m in my thirties, work full-time and earn a decent, stable salary. I’m a non-smoker, quiet, and calm person and respectful of the home I live in.
I have a small, very well-behaved and well-educated dog who went to a training school for over a year. He is quiet, never barks and doesn’t destroy or damage things. I completely understand that having a pet can be a concern for landlords, so I’m happy to provide letters of recommendation from previous landlords, including one from a landlord I lived with while having my dog. I also have a recommendation from an Irish pet sitter, as well as references from friends and previous housemates who know me and my dog well.
I’m reliable, responsible and looking for somewhere I can feel settled and treat as a home.
