Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. As an Office Administrator, you will be exposed to a variety of duties within the Sales Office. You will also be expected to carry out general administrative duties, as follows:
- Inputting bookings for coach hire trips onto our booking system
- Booking and managing Tours, which would include booking accommodation, entrance tickets, excursions, dining requirements.
- Manage in-bound calls & redirecting calls, in conjunction with the office team
- Answering all Email queries in an efficient manner daily
- Managing the Clock in/Clock out app to ensure all staff have recorded their hours correctly
Salary dependent on experience
The Candidate Will Have
- Relevant third level qualification – Desired, but not essential
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Fluent English written and verbal
This role is located at our office in Oranmore Galway
