Help shape the future of specialist palliative care in the West of Ireland.
Following the ongoing development of our Palliative Care Services
and our exciting expansion plans, Galway Hospice Foundation is
seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Current Vacancies
• Candidate Advanced Nurse Practitioner (cANP) – Permanent Position
Provide advanced, evidence-based, nurse-led care while
progressing towards registration as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.
• Staff Nurse – Permanent Position (37.5 hrs/week)
Join our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional, personcentred care within our In-Patient Unit.
• Occupational Therapist – Fixed-Term Maternity Contract (35 hrs/week)
You will be expected to deliver a high-quality, client-centred
occupational therapy service to meet the needs of the service user
group and the objectives of the Foundation.
• Health Care Assistant – 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (39 hrs/week)
The primary role of the Health Care Assistant will be to assist members
of the multidisciplinary team in providing the highest standard care for
patients, their relatives and friends.
• Fundraising Administrative Assistant – 4-month Fixed-Term Position
Provide administrative support for fundraising campaigns, donor
care, and community fundraising initiatives.
