Four medical students seeking long-term rental (references available)

We are four medical students from Cork and Dublin going into second year of college. We’re looking to rent a house together for the incoming academic year in what would hopefully be a long-term arrangement for the duration of our studies at university. We are ideally hoping for a location within the city (e.g. Rahoon, Salthill, Terryland) but would appreciate any offer.

What sets us apart:

-Each of us lived in digs for our first year in college. We have guarantors from whom we can supply solid, legitimate references about our tenancies and rent reliability.

-We understand and have previously honoured the responsibility we have as tenants to respect the owner’s wishes, our neighbours as well as the property itself.

-We are tidy, non-smoking and interested in devoting our time to lectures, hobbies (e.g. music, sports) and studying in the college as well as working.
