LETTINGS & PROPERTY MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced
LETTINGS & PROPERTY MANAGER
To join the PMI team working on an exciting new Galway Project

THE ROLE
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional services across OMC & Block Management, Lettings & Facilities Management on a new Galway Project, and:
• Oversee day-to-day property operations.
• Manage lettings from marketing to move-in.
• Act as key point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, service standards and resident satisfaction.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in working with tenants, clients, contractors and service providers.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Knowledge of property management systems such as Acquaint is an advantage
