OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED
Full-Time | Office-Based | Galway
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide accounting and administrative support
• Assist with Health & Safety documentation and compliance
• Manage job input and record-keeping systems
• Coordinate staff training schedules
• Perform general office administration duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous administrative experience
(construction or landscaping experience is an advantage)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with safety software platforms is desirable
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professional, positive, and friendly attitude
