Further Information
Built in the later nineteenth century St John\'s appears on the Ordance Survey Map of the 1890s. Presented in excellent condition, St John\'s is a two storey country residence that lends itself well to family living, with about 371 sq m / 4,000sq ft of well laid out accommodation.

The south facing entrance porch to the front of the property leads to a light filled open hallway with access to the dining room, drawing room and sitting room. The kitchen/dining room is well proportioned and includes fully fitted kitchen units. Access to the external utility room is through the boot room to the rear of the property. All rooms in the house benefit from 3.4 meter ceilings with original cornicing.
