Training and Development Coordinator Job responsibilities
-Administration of training tools and training software such as SAP/SuccessFactors.
-Administration experience relating to T&D activities.
-Coordinate T&D activities and ensure that all planned training is delivered.
-Responsible for providing support to employees through management of the T & D inbox.
-Coordinate company inductions for new employees
-Compile Training metrics on a weekly / monthly basis.
-Generate reports relating to training status.
Training and Development Coordinator experience/skills needed
-Third level qualification in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education or a related field is desirable
-2 – 3 years experience of using SAP/ LMS Success Factors is essential
-Computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools and e-mail, Google Suite.
-Strong Excel skill set essential
-2- 5 years of T&D experience
-Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
-Be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others
-Be target focused
-Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills.
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Excellent People skills
