This opportunity is based within a multinational company (manufacturer) in Galway City.

Key Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for customers and operations in relation to all aspects of order management and customer delivery.
Reviewing all customer orders to ensure all commercially required terms and conditions are addressed.
Have a broad and up to date knowledge of a wide range of information and provide customers with a prompt response to issues, delays and established prices.
Responsible for obtaining all relevant information needed for Project Orders and managing those orders from Order Entry to Accounts Receivable, including reviewing Terms and Conditions, prioritising through manufacturing, preparing all export and payment documentation.

Key Requirements:
Experience working in a customer facing and manufacturing environment essential.
Must have previously handled all aspects of Exports – COO, SASO, Incoterms, letters of credit etc.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated high levels of autonomy and reliability.
Ability to co-ordinate between many departments both local and externally in other affiliate offices.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a team environment, including sharing feedback and knowledge with peers.
Technical understanding or experience in handling / dealing with technical products.
Engineering or Business Degree or similar experience.
Actively manage Large Order Report and drive weekly Large Order Call with Middle East Projects Team.
