A job opportunity has arisen for an ambitious young executive to join a growing west of Ireland based financial brokerage company.

Job Requirements:
• Assisting with the management of the day-to-day running of the office
• Assist with management of the new business pipeline, ensuring allocated work is processed on time and in accordance with Team and individual SLA’s via the in house systems and various industry online systems
• Dealing with customer enquiries & providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining Filing Systems and Databases and customer communication strategies
• Other items as directed by the office manager from time to time.

Essential skills required:
• Previous fi nance experience in banking/ forecourt fi nance
• Excellent computer skills – Microsoft office
• Good phone manner and strong communication skills
• Able to work on their own initiative
• Efficiency with ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
